Incident Intake
participant has received or witnessed a breach of the Code of Conduct as defined by the organization and decides to submit a report using safe and secure intake methods

Admin Receives Notification
administration and "must notify" parties receive notification of the report filing

Reported Party Receives, Views, and Responds
when notified, the reported party has the opportunity to review the report and decide which response action to take:

Reported Party Responds
the reported party may choose one of the following ways to respond:
Restore
pick a Restore path if they wish to issue some form of an apology with the intention of restoring mutual respect
Refute
pick a Refute path if they disagree with the Report and wish to challenge it privately or send it to the Review Stage
Reject
pick a Reject path to communicate their indifference

Review Stage
Reports seeking resolution are sent to the Review Stage for consideration as a case in the Decision Stage. Review Stage Cases are reviewed by authorized participants to determine if the case merits moving on to the decision stage

Decision Stage
Review Stage Cases seeking resolution are escalated into Decision Stage Cases where authorized participants determine the outcome of the case. Decision makers choose between customizable options of outcome as defined by the organization

Secure & Safe Data
all data is kept safe from corruption using best practices and access to functionality is suitably controlled

Reporting and Notification
from intake thru decision, each step of the ntobi process can provide comprehensive reporting data points and distribute verifiable notification to all participants. Collected data may assist in meeting compliance reporting requirements
